SH!T THEATRE
LETTERS TO WINDSOR HOUSE
Edinburgh Fringe 2016 - sell out run
We LOVE Sh!t Theatre whether they're signing up for medical trials in Guinea Pigs on Trial, getting to the bottom of unemployment in Job Seekers Anonymous or aping Radio Four in Women's Hour. Thus, the housing crisis gets personal in this Fringe First winning show for ‘Generation Rent’ featuring music, song, politics, dodgy landlords and detective work.
This trademark tongue-in-cheek performance has North London flatmates Becca and Louise turn detective, uncover evidence, and the name of a tenant they are still looking to trace. They explore what happens when you fall prey to unscrupulous landlords and what can be discovered by opening up a pandora’s box of other people’s mail (which you can do, under certain circumstances, via a loophole in the law). See their ingenious trailer here.
